How it works?Space, schedule and best practices
Studio C4 is located on the fourth floor at the C stairs at Cable Factory, Kaapeliaukio 3. Itβs recommended to come early and in clothes that you feel comfortable moving and resting in. How much you move on each session can vary a lot depending on what your body needs from you that day. There is a dressing room in the hallway, separate from the studio. There you can change clothes before/after the session, and even take a shower if you want. The doors will close at 8, and no latecomers can be let in so that everyone gets to focus for the entire session.
