Summer Day Concerts directed by ExClaM!’s artistic director Giorgia Ghizzoni and managing director Julia Mahns brought together musicians from the Sibelius Academy and dancers from the Theatre Academy and presented 15 concert experiences creating a holistic experience for the artists as well as the audience. As part of the process, before organising into smaller teams, all the participants took part to Active Listening Playground workshop by Keren Rosenbaum from Composing Community, which was amazing experience.

We teamed up with my dance artits colleague Elisa Tuovila, and made two projects first with Kaaås Trio and then with Core Quartet, who were playing Fanny Mendelssohn Trio Op.11, Gunnar de Frumerie Trio N.1, Beethoven from String Quartet No.1 Op.18: 1. Allegro con brio, 2. Adagio affettuoso ed appassionato and Mendelssohn String Quartet No.2 Op.13.
